Individuals should be highly motivated towards developing a greater income from their daily efforts, be well organized, and demonstrate the ability to work well with others as part of a team. The willingness to train subordinates and the ability to delegate tasks to obtain results is important. Individuals should have a critical focus on customer service and an understanding of what is required to create annuities of business on the sales side of the equation.

Computer skills: Individuals should possess average computer literacy skills. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, most LOS programs such as Calyx, and various internet support options are important. Familiarity with supporting programs such as Documents Systems and various internet exchange mediums is a plus.
